Datapult reads meters or other energy recording devices, in both regulated and deregulated markets in over 40 states within the U.S., as well as in Canada and Puerto Rico. Datapult provides advanced energy information technology solutions for the enterprise energy management and supply-side energy management markets. Energy information services is a growing market driven by the complexity of the utility deregulation process, the increasing cost of energy, inefficient energy consumption practices, and the general trend toward outsourcing non-core business functions. |

Data Collection - Datapult collects data from a variety of field devices such as utility meters, Datapult's own Datapult Information Sensor (DIS) panel or other energy management systems. Data Warehousing - Datapult stores each customer's data in Datapult Central, a secured warehouse where users may retrieve it at a later time. Datapult's data warehouse is capable of scaling to serve millions of meters. Data Processing - Datapult has a variety of processes that turn the customer's raw usage data into useful information. From load aggregation to critical event notification and analytical analysis of data and information, the heart of Datapult's products are in the value created by these processes. Data Presentation - Datapult's presentation of information is web-based, which allows customers to access data from any location, at anytime, in the manner that is of the most value. Data Delivery - Datapult's portfolio of services is web-based and aimed at delivering only the information and analysis tools of interest to each customer. Data delivery solutions range from basic web pages to complex software applications. Enabling access to retrieved data and information is Datapult's DataManager web site. Basic DataManager access allows graphing and downloading capabilities, with secure password protected access to Datapult Central. |
